CATERING- Unlike most other caterers in the Portland and Salem markets, we do not have a list of pre-set menus for you to choose from. We have found that this approach is very limiting to you, and does not allow you to customize your menu to meet your specific needs. We feel that your event is unique and needs to be treated that way 100%! We want to know things like what types of food you want, what favorite items you would like included, what your budget is, how many people will be at your events, and anything else that will make your event special in every way. We can then hand-craft a proposal that will meet your needs, all of them!
Regardless of what type of event you are putting together, we can customize a menu that is not only great tasting but also cost-effective as well. The sky is the limit when it comes to creating a menu that is perfect for your event! We offer our services for weddings, winery events, company picnics or dinners, holiday parties, business functions, customer appreciation, reunions, auctions, chamber events, school fundraisers, or any other event where great food is needed! Our trained and professional team can work with just about any type of food restriction or dietary requirements, whether it be gluten-free, sugar-free, nut-free or anything else that may limit the types of food that can be served at your event. Let us know what menu suggestions and limitations you may have, and we will take it from there. We are probably the only major caterer in Oregon that does NOT mandate the amount of service gratuity that you must pay. Most other companies will automatically add 15%-18% on top of your quoted price without asking you what you felt about the service. We believe that the service gratuity should be completely at your discretion, so we do not mandate an amount. We can tell you that the industry standard is 18%, but the amount that you pay is totally up to you. The percentage is a reflection on how you feel about the quality of our food and service, and we have found that our team members typically on the higher end of the satisfaction scale. This is another little thing that we do that separates us from the rest of the pack!
